Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Postly, a social media scheduling service operated by soEpic Technologies. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including posts published through it.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only so we can deliver it to the accounts you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to it and for following each network's rules (for example the X, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok terms). Don't use Postly for spam, harassment, illegal content or to evade a network's limits.
Connected networks
Postly publishes through each network's official API. Networks can change, limit or revoke that access at any time, and posts can fail for reasons outside our control. We retry and tell you when something fails, but we can't guarantee every post is published.
Plans and payment
Paid plans cover the period you buy (one month or one year) and are charged up front through Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. Plans don't auto-renew; when a period ends your workspace returns to the Free plan limits. Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices for future periods with notice.
Ending your use
You can stop using Postly and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Liability
Postly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, soEpic Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
